I have followed the steps to archive all emails past Sept 10 ,2013 three times but it doesn't show up in the"Archive" function and the number of total active emails doesn't get reduced. Hi there Whoever designed the base colors for Office 2013 must have been totally STONE DEAF and COLOR BLIND at the same time.

I can't believe that comments weren't made before this stuff was allowed out of the door.

Anyone found out if this is configurable on the Exchange server or not ?

/ I need to archive past emails in order to free up new email messages coming in.

I am receiving, via email, notifications of who has accepted or declined the meeting. As you've already noted the tracking tab can't track without the receipt. I didn't give an alternative because there is no alternative.

I do not want to receive these emails, I only want it tracked on the tracking tab in the meeting itself. If you want the tracking information, then Outlook MUST receive a receipt. In order to have that information there must be feedback from the recipient and that feedback is the receipt. You send out written invitations asking the recipients to come to a meeting. If the recipients can't respond, then you can't know what their intentions are. I understand that you'd like that response to be invisible to you, that the real issue is that you don't want to see the receipt. What you see in the tracking tab is derived from those receipts.

What is strange is that we will see a response from last week but it has now disappeared this week and new ones will appear.
